My sister could do with a vacation, she has so many animals it is difficult to get people to look after them all. Her fur babies consist of four rabbits, four Guinea pigs, one hamster, two budgies, one canary and a tank full of fish. They are her family and she puts them first.

My friend, Jean needs a vacation desperately. She works a very high stress job that gives very little time off for de-stressing and relaxation. She supports her family and gives very little to herself. She helps other people and cares for her two dogs as well. Jean is truly a selfless person with a huge heart!

My friend Tracey could do with a holiday to look forward to. She is 10 years cancer free but unfortunately still has to go through with a 12 hour operation later this year with high risks. She is so brave and an inspiration.

My strong and uncomplaining friend Corinne could do with a vacation..After losing her husband shortly after they both retired, she helped her daughter in the care of her two month premature baby…Two years later after happily buying herself a new house, her new home was hit by Hurricaine Sandy..After the storm, when the electric company turned the electricity on, her new house went up in flames. the wires corroded by the salt water…Although sad what had happened, she never complained…I have never seen her feel sorry for herself.

My friend Carolla could use a getaway. This lady is the best friend a person could have and works hard to support her family and teach her students with love as well. Vacations are few and far between for her so I would wish for a lovely European escape for this wonderful lady.

If I could choose a friend who could benefit from both a vacation and a vacation bead. I would choose my friend Ariel. We have taken vacations together and separately when we vacation separately we often bring home charm beads for one another.

She has had her share of worry some stress this year and if I can’t win the lotto and take her away on a real vacation, then this bead could at least be like a Calgon moment for her

I don’t have a lot of friends, but my friend Kate could use a vacation right now! After having worked for one and the same company for over 10 year she will have to find herself a new job later this year. I hope she will be brave and lucky enough to get the job she was always dreaming about. It has to do with photography and travelling. And worth mentioning we have never traveled together! That would be fun!!!

Just realized that I have another friend who deserves a good vacation! His name is Alexey and he is my husband. He is the most carrying and attentive husband ever. I admire his talent when he works and his patience when he plays with our boy. After I broke my elbow, he not only supports me and helps me a lot, he also does all the job for both of us, does everything about the house including washing and cooking and cleaning, takes care of our son. ( Do I really want them to take off my cast that fast… Hmmm..) He sure deserves a vacation and knows how to use a new bead!

My friend Alena needs a vacation badly! She is a university teacher of French and has to go to a number of university buildings located quite apart because there are too few students to teach at one university department. She has also been experiencing a bunch of difficulties recently connected with her salary and working conditions. Meanwhile she is an experienced traveler, been to many European countries visiting her friends who live there. She has two godsons and one goddaughter living in Germany π

My friend Ann could use a vacation! She has two young children and they are very energetic. She is a wonderful lady who works hard and spends her weekends volunteering at the Ronald McDonald House while her husband looks after their kids.

Ok, I have one more name left! I do really think my friend Martha needs a vacation and that is why:
– she always takes awesome pictures while traveling and all her followers can admire the beautiful places she visits
– she always takes her beads with her. Beads and traveling, nothing can beat this combo!
– she always invites her friends to join the party, even if you are 1000 km away, she puts your picture on the table and you feel that you are there, drinking coffee and chatting about beads!
– the last reason is that she doesn’t own this bead and that’s a shame!

My closest friend who has been my strongest ally, Natasha (aka Tasha) has been through everything and has raised four amazing children and in two months, will be having two beautiful twins! We both have the travel bug! She has flown around Europe and loves visiting her home country and seeing her family when she can. Whilst, I’m soon to be jetting off to visit my family in Hong Kong that I haven’t seen for over 15 years! Time honestly flies! At this very moment, Tasha and I are planning a Euro Road trip with our university mates and her children are coming for the journey too! Before, I know it, I’ll be running in Disneyland Paris in September. π Life is an epic journey! β€

My best friend that could use a vacation would definitely be my mother. She’s done so much for me for my entire life. Right now she’s putting me through college to be a glass artist. I’ve been making and selling one of a kind glass beads that hopefully will take off at some point. She puts up with my anxiety and complaining, and she always pushes me forward to do my best. I’ve recently got her into wearing beads on a regular basis. Whether it’s on a bracelet or a necklace.
She needs a vacation more than everyone I’ve met. being a business owner, a creative, and a mom. She’s earned it a hundred times over.

It seems that all of my bead friends live in houses full of boys….husbands, sons, and some even have the four legged kind. Boy sports, boy toys, boy laundry, boy messes, boy smells and boy appetites!! And although there is whole lot of living, loving and laughing going on amongst our male dominated landscapes, what we could all use and very rarely take is an All Girl Trip away!!
Where? Maybe start on the west coast..and who would I go with? There’s a list but I would make sure Trisha was the first one on the plane!! So many boys…

Hi. My name is Lyubov, I have a girlfriend Olga. We are on friendly terms 11 years and for all the time of friendship Olya was only 3 times on holiday. Recently she isn’t able to afford in general any holiday – she has got divorced from husband and one supports the daughter. Her parents live in Ukraine and it didn’t see them nearly 2 years.
Even if to her won’t carry with a prize, I ask to help – write something warm for my friend and I will give it to her. She will be very glad!!!

There is one person very close to me and how it’s my twin sister Lilia. Usually on our bracelets do not have the same charms, but this time it would not have wanted to have a special charm. He recalls that the world is big, but we are all close to one another is wanted.

A world traveler bead! My mother would love this!!! As a very young wife and mother, she traveled with her 5 mo old infant to join her love on Okinawa 49 years ago. Full circle! Traveling this summer to celebrate their 50th anniversary!

My sister and I are all are 29 & 25 now, but she brought me and my sister up working no less than 2, sometimes 3, jobs, and still works non stop-can’t remember the last time she got a break. She has sacrificed so much to give us opportunities (like overtime to send ME to Paris on a school trip), that my sister&I are trying to plan something special for her….

My mum derserves a holiday. She has only been on holidays three times in 35 years to see her parents and siblings who like in a different country from us. (She left/escaped during the war). We grew up with very very little money and I know that she sacrificed everything she had to gives us as much as possible even if that meant only seeing her parents and siblings 3 times over 3 decades. I’ve told her that she should go back each year now bec we (the kids) are older now and my grandparents are getting very old … so it’s time for her to think about herself and her parents, particularly my grandfather who is suffering from memory loss, instead of us.

My daughter, Michele, really deserves a vacation this summer. She is a Pediatric Physical Therapist, as well as being a Professor. She really cares for her “kiddos” and students. She drives about an hour to work and has a husband and two children. I am the luckiest mom in the world and I am so proud of her.
