Although the Pandora Spring Collection doesn’t officially come out until March 15, my lovely local store usually gets the pieces early. So Friday night I made a quick dash out to the mall and bought three things, the adorable little Spring Bird House, the Enchanted Garden Glass (Bee Murano) and the Spring Bird Ring. I could have spent WAY more money as there were so many cute items I’d like to get, including Blue Swirls (which is STUNNING), Blue Ripples and Bella Bot.
Here’s the little Spring Bird House, which is my absolute favourite from the collection. Like many people, Pandora is what got me started collecting beads and this one really feels special. We have bird houses in the front and back yards and I love to see the birds come and go. It’s always a special treat if a family makes a nest and we get to hear the chirps of little baby birds.

The glass bead is quite intricate with a tiny little bee which is best seen up close. The base has some iridescent, lavender coloured glass.
First I made up a mixed brand bracelet as I wanted to use the Redbalifrog Nest bead. Going clockwise from the top right are a Trollbeads Trunk of Treasures/Lavender Prism, Redbalifrog Fern Leaf, True Beadz True Touch Lilac, Redbalifrog Nest, Pandora Enchanted Garden Glass/Spring Bird House, True Beadz True Touch Lilac, Redbalifrog Tree of Life, Trollbeads Lavender Prism/Trunk of Treasures. The lock is the Trollbeads Balance Lily Lock.
The ring has a wood grain to it and is just darling.
I paired it with an older daisy ring.
Lastly, I made up an all Pandora bracelet. I thought the yellow Belle Muranos might bring out the yellow in the bees. The bees on my bead are super tiny, but the store had ones with larger bees. However, the flowers were quite a striking colour on this one and I’m so glad to have it. Because it’s such a busy bead I was searching for solid coloured beads to use with it. I know Sarah of Instagram is going to come up with some amazing combos with her fantastic collection full of glass in pairs!
That’s it for today and I am back on a bead ban! I’ve ordered a few things from GirleGo, bought these items plus was able to buy the Perlen event Ohm Bead and some pink X Links on Saturday. What’s on everyone’s radar for the near future purchases?

Hi Martha, I also started with Pandora; focusing mostly on retired silver beads. I’ve finished my bracelet and it’s exactly as I wanted….at least I thought so. Until I saw that lavender glass…..with a bee no less! I feel I had better get one. I do not understand this ” bead ban” of which you speak!

Hi Suzanne! A Pandora bracelet of retired silver beads sounds lovely. I have one also, but really need to clean it, which I plan to do in a week when we have a week off of school. The lavender glass is super pretty. I should have taken a photo from the side, as you can see how the flowers and twigs and bees are all in different layers. My bead bans never last too long, if I’m *completely* honest, LOL!

Those are really nice purchases Martha. I have also been on a post Christmas bead diet, however I recently caved in and bought a retiring Pandora clip and then a safety chain. I went in to my local Pandora store hoping to see some of the new Spring beads, but they have become very strict about release dates, when before they weren’t, so I wasn’t able to see any of the new beads. That was probably a good thing! I’ve seen some previews of the new beads and I like some of them like I haven’t loved Pandora in a long time, such as the bird house and that Murano and the other rainbow murano and the little teapot and even the little robot bead, but I would have to see them irl to make my mind up.

The little bird house is so sweet 🙂 We have bird houses, but we’ve never had a family build a nest in any of ours (to my knowledge). I do love watching the birds at my feeder, though.
I was really tempted by the bird ring when I first saw the preview, but wasn’t sure if it would look odd in person, so I crossed it off of my list. But I love it how you’ve paired it the the daisy ring! I might have to make a note to take a closer look the next time I’m in a store.

Beautiful review! I’m not a Pandora collector… I think I have exactly ONE Pandora bead, which was a gift, and the rest are Trollbeads, Redbalifrog, Ohm, one ACA, a Melinaworld or two, not sure what else.. but that glass garden one with the bee is a must-have! I suspect it’s a slippery slope now …. Thanks for the info

Ok, even though you’re not a Pandora collector, take a look on Mora Pandora today where she shows the new Shine Collection. I have my eye on the white Murano with the 18k gold plated core, to put on my Trollbeads Gold Plated Twisted Bangle. And there are piles of bee themed beads. This might be my slippery slope! 😀
