Today I have some of the new summer beads from Trollbeads to show you but the whole collection can be seen on the Trollbeads website. Samples are courtesy of Trollbeads.

The Essence of Life collection consists of 6 Limited Edition glass beads, 2 spacers, 2 silver beads and a pendant. The glass beads are so beautifully made. I’m always amazed at the artistry in these tiny pieces of glass. They pair so well with summer beads from previous years. The glass beads were designed by Tenzin Phuntsok and Kalden Chophel.

My favourite is the Turquoise Tranquility Fish Bead. I just love the pop of orange and the fish itself is so graceful.

It matches really well with the Mermaid Memory Bead. I think last year’s Mermaid Reflections bead sold very well, so why not try a newer version with different colours? There are sure to be variations in the colours of this bead.

The Tranquil Lagoon Bead is most interesting. It looks like swirls of seaweed in the ocean. Or, it also reminds me of canoeing in a shallow lake with some grasses growing out of the water.

Look at the underlying colours in the Orange Energy Fish Bead. It makes me think of a koi pond.

The Harmony Fish Bead has a lot of glitter! The silver bead is called Guardian of Uniqueness Bead. I like the eyes on the octopus. All of the silver pieces were designed by Milos Tutus.

The other silver bead is called Confident Navigator Bead. The other side of it has an anchor. This will be such a great bead for summer wear. My latest way to wear beads is simply one at a time on my gold bangle. I know it sounds kind of boring, but I’m not into full bracelets anymore. I’m sure that will change as tastes do change over times.

These fish are just so sweet and really give a feeling of movement, even though they are made of glass.

I like it when new glass beads really look good together. In the middle below is one of the new spacers, called Tiny Ripples Spacer.

This bangle would also be fun to wear to the beach.
