Trollbeads USA has some lovely starter sets out right now and today I thought I’d have some fun playing around with the Yellow Jade. The starter sets include the Yellow Jade Bangle (copper) for $75 USD and the Blue Chalcedony Bangle (silver) for $145 USD.

You can also get the bracelet versions which include the beautiful Lace Lock, for $90 USD for the Yellow Jade version and $100 USD for the Blue Chalcedony version, pictured below.

First I tried a combo keeping the Yellow Jade on the Copper Bangle and then used the Twisted Copper Bangle with two Azure Bubbles, two Gold Silver Traces and an Amber Violets.

The sun actually made a rare appearance in the morning!

Soft yellow always looks so lovely with pink and since spring is supposedly coming at some point I thought I’d break out the beautiful Troll Anemone Pendant. Doesn’t the Beige Bubbles on the far right look gorgeous? The pink one beside it is a Universal Unique that came with a leather bracelet last year. 😍

With St. Patrick’s Day coming up I made a combo with some green beads from the retired Native Elements Kit. The green bead in the front is not from that kit and is called Wise Bamboo. The one in the middle is called Honey Dawn.

Lastly, this is perhaps an odd pairing of colours, but I was inspired to try it when I saw an advertisement in a travel magazine of a woman wearing a soft yellow bathing suit while swimming in some blue green water.

On the top bangle are an Amazonite on the left, a Sunbeam Spacer, the Yellow Jade, Ice Blue Bud, Honey Dawn and the star is called Star of Protection. The bottom bangle has the Bumble Bee Spacer, Beige Bubbles, Traces, Beehive Spacer, an amber Unique, Ancient Palace and Sunbeam Spacer.

The Yellow Jade can also be found on its own for $35 USD. I’ve really been obsessed with it over the past few days. We are still having below freezing temperatures and although I was able to find this little plant that was uncovered, I do hope everything melts soon. Is this a bead that’s already in your collection or might you pick it up at some time?
