The Diamond Bead, Amber was designed by Lise Aagaard of Trollbeads to be an exclusive bead for the USA, meant to be representing the ‘amber waves of grain’ in America the Beautiful. It’s also available in Canada and Latin America. At $65 USD, it’s similar to the other Diamond beads in that it has 13 cubic zirconias. It really shines brightly and has a lovely amount of sparkle.

I love it with the Foxtail Spacers as they make me think of wheat growing. Below I’ve made up a bangle with two Gold Silver Trace beads.

It also looks fabulous with Glowing Pansies.

In trying it with some of the newer beads, I thought it really popped with Stepping Stones, Steel Hematite, Black Onyx and Harvest.

Yellow with purple has long been a favourite of mine so here is a bangle that I really love, but a couple of these beads are not easily available. What are available are the middle bead called Rose of June and the one to the right of it called Amber Violets.

Lastly, here is an all out pink and yellow bracelet that makes use of my Sea Anemone beads. I am really tempted to buy another Diamond Bead, Amber or maybe even two more. It’s such a happy colour and goes with so many things. I use my white and pink ones quite a bit and as I look at the Trollbeads website I see there are many other colours available in the Diamond Bead format, such as blue and black.

I’d love to hear if you’ve already bought this bead or if it’s on your wish list!
