There’s a new limited edition designer bracelet from Trollbeads, consisting of a lock, silver bead, glass bead and chain. It’s well priced at $120 USD/ $141 CAD.

Being Canadian, the maple leaf has an extra special meaning to me, so I was quite delighted to see this bracelet. Our weather has been unseasonably warm, so our leaves haven’t quite fully turned colour where I live, but I was able to find a few that had already dropped. The small silver bead is very sweet.

The glass bead is very unusual. The colours are very subtle, but of course will differ from bead to bead. I look forward to seeing multiples to be able to get a feeling for the different variations.

To make a larger bracelet, I used some reddish toned beads and some ambers. I think the red beads are a Red Jasper on the right and a Faceted Goldstone on the left.

I also tried to incorporate some of my pastel toned beads. I don’t think this was as successful, so I’m going to keep trying for other looks with the Woodland Bracelet glass. Or, I’m just going to wear it as a stand-alone bracelet. I often say I’ll do that with designer bracelets and then I don’t, so all my pieces and bits are all over the place.

I hope you enjoyed this quick look at the newest designer bracelet from Trollbeads. On a happy bead shopping note, the USA is going to allow Canadians to drive over the border again in a while, so I hope to head to my ‘local’ Trollbeads store in the coming months. I can hardly remember what it’s like to see a whole bunch of beads in real life. Is this bracelet on your wish list? I’d love to hear from you!
Great review, Martha! This bracelet set is gorgeous – perfect for fall! I especially love your last bracelet design pictured 😍.

Slightly mixed feelings from this bracelet. I like the silver bead, which is very cute precisely because of its simplicity, but the lock seems a little rough because the leaves are too stylized on it. A very interesting glass bead – like after a strong wind, broken branches of trees in autumn puddles.

Oh, I like your description of the glass bead being like after a strong wind. It’s always tricky when the bracelets have a few elements as a group, because you can’t buy the pieces individually. Thank you for reading and commenting, as I always enjoy hearing if people like something or not.

I don’t usually find the designer bracelets that appealing, but I am quite tempted by this one. I like all three elements of it (not doing so is usually why I skip these designer bracelets). I like the subtlety of the glass, and the lock and little silver bead are both quite attractive.

Kim, I feel the same way you do in that I like all three elements. Have you seen the rosy coloured glass beads on Instagram? There seem to be quite a few pinkish ones.
