Flower Inspired

After the daffodils bloomed the next flowers to appear were these little purple/blue ones. I right away thought of the True Beadz True Touch Sky Blue beads.

I added in the Disney Pandora Belle Muranos and the Ohm Beads Cold Milk beads. I keep hoping that someday they will make the Cold Milk beads in their iconic barrel shape. I use these beads so much!

Here’s the whole bracelet, with some Pandora silvers.

Then I tried some of the same beads but on the Ohm Beads Twisted Bangle. I’m so happy to see some bright colours in our garden and these beads make me feel like there’s a bit of sunshine on my wrist. πŸ˜€

Have a great weekend!

  1. This is a perfect combination of beautiful beads, which are each so completely simple in themselves, but when you play with them, you make magic . Gorgeous bracelets and photos as always and thanks again for starting my day with such beauty and inspiration .

    1. Thanks for the kind words, Sarah! I’m afraid I can’t look at flowers anymore without thinking of beads. And even my Mom is in the act now. When I was over the other day she took me out to her garden to show me some flowers she thought looked like Julia’s Linen shade!

  2. Beautiful πŸ™‚ Love the colour combination.

I would like Ohm beads to release the drinks glass in the barrel shape. Perhaps we should start lobbying on IG!!!!

  3. Thank you so much, Martha! I love every single bracelet you create! And I think I could live in your garden, you have so many beatifil flowers there ❀

  4. What a beautiful combination! The colors are perfect together, and I especially LOVE those divine Sky Blue Touch beads. This is my first time on your blog (although I’ve seen your photos on theTrueBeadz site), and your combinations and photography are lovely!

    1. Thanks Kim, and welcome! I’m not sure what you collect, but as you can see, I mostly show pictures of Trollbeads, Ohm Beads, True Beadz, Redbalifrog and a teeny weeny bit of Pandora. πŸ˜€

      1. Thanks, Martha! I’ll definitely be stopping by again, and seeing your lovely designs is sure to be a bright spot in my day! I tend to go for bright colors myself. πŸ™‚ I started out collecting Trollbeads, although my main love these days is Elfbeads. I also dabble a bit in Redbalifrog and Ohm, and recently received my first TrueBeadz. There are several artisans from whom I’ve bought lovely beads as well. And my hobby is making jewelry when I have the time. So you can see that I love beads and pretty jewelry! πŸ™‚
