The lavender in my garden is starting to bloom, but I think it doesn’t get enough sun where it is. Even so, I found enough stalks to inspire a bracelet made with the True Beadz Lilac and Blue Mist shades. I also added in some Baby Pink beads and quite like the result.
It looks a bit different in the bright sun!

Here’s the whole bracelet again. I think these colours are so fresh and pretty together. Even though there are just three colours altogether, the variety of textures makes it interesting to look at and touch. It’s been almost a year since I bought my first True Beadz (the Touch Lilacs) and I still love them just as much as when I first saw them! Coming up on Friday is Deep Ocean by Trollbeads.
Disclosure: For the blog I may receive some items as promotional samples.
I love the way you have alternated the three soft colours and textures, it really is soft and subtle. I do love the pale green Lotus bead, and am looking forward to seeing more in person .
You know me, I’m drawn to the Dragon’s Eyes beads and the swirls of colours, the fish, but will have lots of time to finalize my list. Best laid plans, right?

I also love the soft and subtle colours and then the different textures add another layer of loveliness, I think. How on earth are you going to decide what to buy? π

I’m curious, Martha. How do you keep up with all the bead / charm names? That is very impressive. I would have to keep each bead labeled in order to remember the individual names. π¬ I continue to be intrigued by your creative combinations, use of color and beautiful photography! I just so enjoy your blog!

Hi Emme, that’s a good question! Oddly, the names I have to look up every single time are for the purple and orange Ohm Beads from their Six Pack collection and I’ve had those for a couple of years! The True Beadz are easy, because the texture name comes first, like Taste, Touch, etc. With Trollbeads I do have to look them up, but the search function on their new website works pretty well! Thank you for reading! β€οΈ
