This blog post contains product samples as well as purchased items from True Beadz.

At the last True Beadz online event, I saw some beads that had me drooling. Someone else snapped them up before I could buy them (you know who you are!πŸ˜€) and so I asked Julia if they could be replicated in the Made to Order purchasing option. The beads had an ivory base with the Marmor coloured glass in a blossom. They are so beautiful!

I made up bracelet using glass beads, all in the Marmor colour.

The little boxes are so adorable. Right now I have beads in them in colour groups, so it makes it easy to find what I’m looking for in order to make up a bangle or bracelet.

Julia was kind enough to include some other beads. This is the Happy 5 bead with a gold core and the Happy 5 Dangle. These are to celebrate 5 years of the True Beadz brand. The Happy 5 bead is still available with a silver core. The blue and white are so crisp looking.

One of the new silver beads is the coined shaped Labyrinth. As always, the details are beautifully executed.

The other new silver bead is called Mother’s Song.

All sorrows disappear, all troubles go always, all worries fade when you are back into that moment, when you hear her singing again, when you feel her kissing your forehead…

Here’s a video showing what Mother’s Song looks like on a bangle:

I noticed three new glass beads on the website, in pink, blue and purple.

I tried the pink one with the Opal Blush glass beads, silver Lilac and silver Gerbera beads. This is so pretty!

Next I tried a blue bangle, using a couple of retired beads in the Eastern Sea colour (I think!) and then two silver True Bridge beads.

Finally, the purple bead matched well with Purple Dream glass and then I added two silver True Beadz 2017 beads.

I think that beads with gold flakes and CZ are pretty popular.

This duo of a glass bead and dangle is so pretty. I think this is the Princess Pink colour.

There were also some β€˜sweets’ beads. I see that some are still available on the website. Here’s yet another Animal Crossing bangle with some cherries. πŸ˜€

The bead in the middle, below, has really captivated me and I’ve been wearing it a lot just by itself on a bangle.

These sweets below make me think of frosted cupcakes.

Lastly, I wanted to take a look at the etched beads. The Leaves bead and dangle are still available.

There will be two new ones coming out in the fall. I don’t know the names, but they are depicting maple leaves and wheat. The wheat one appears to have a rainbow dichroic glass and the maple leaves one has a burgundy dichroic glass. They are stunning and I found it hard to capture their beauty. Here’s a video, which show them the best:

These colours really look nice together.

Here are the maple dangle and bead.

And here are the wheat dangle and bead.

Lastly, I want to show a video of a bangle using the Leaves beads.

That’s it for today! I have seen what people bought on Instagram and Facebook and it looks like there are some real beauties. I look forward to the next event that has the Made to Order beads and have started to write down combinations that I think might look nice. I’d love to hear your thoughts about the Made to Order idea or anything else. Hope everyone is coping well these days!
