Bead samples are provided by TrueBeadz.com

June 15th is going to be #BlameJuliaDay. Here is what she says it will be:

This week I got some fabulous bead mail, with some True Beadz and some of the storage boxes. They are very useful because they are stackable and then there is a lid for the top. Like many other collectors, storage can be a constant issue. (Aren’t we fortunate to have these ‘problems’?) I really like these boxes because the grooves on the side make them easy to lift off. They come in different configurations and sizes and are here on the website.

Here is what was in the package.

Some of the boxes have small compartments plus a larger one, where you can put loose beads, chains, locks, bangles, whatever you want.

As you can see, six beads fit in really nicely.

I used the purple box for a lot of purple beads. Once school is out, I’m going to reorganize my whole bead collection and do an updated My Bead Collection blog post.

Look how gigantic this play tray is!

Okay, let’s take a look at a few beads, shall we? The new silver swing is adorable. It’s called True Memories and can be found here. I adore the little cutout of the sheep and heart. You can put a sheep or a different bead on the swing, but I like it on a leather necklace by itself.

Another new silver is called deFence and it can be found here. It’s quite heavy and can be used as a splitter or with a dangle inside of it. I love the medieval vibe and tried to make a secret garden bracelet.

Julia kindly sent along two aquarium beads- one with an ocean theme and one with a butterfly theme. It’s been fun seeing the ones people have received from the last MTO event. Even if you are not on Instagram, you can see them by using a browser>Instagram>search #truebeadz >recent.

The fish one looks lovely with some Taste beads and Trollbeads Alabaster Ambers.

The butterfly/garden themed one looks fabulous with lots of purple!

Lastly, here are a couple of bangles using more of the Taste beads. I’m a huge fan of the Taste beads, because they add some texture and interest to a bracelet without making it too fussy or busy looking.

Here are the beads that I bought during the last MTO event! I can’t wait to see them.

Well, that’s it for today. I know a lot of people have said they would like to buy the boxes. Is there anything in your plans to purchase for #BlameJuliaDay?
